These are the WORST printers by far that i have ever used. I currently have 2 of the desk jet all in one's and neither one of them will print when i need them to. Its ridiculous, I can be in the middle of school work, and need to quickly print something and have to get up, power down, power up, turn wifi off, turn wifi on then MAYBE get it to print! Pointless to have wifi and wireless capability if you still have to manually do it! I would NEVER recommend these junk machines to ANYONE!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.

I totally agree and no longer need any help from hp, just a better printer without the stupid expensive cartridges that dry up every time I don't print for a couple of days. Your products are of positively no use to anyone and I just wanted to get the word out. If anyone has a recommendation for a good replacement, I would like to hear about it. I hate HP.
