OFFICEJET PRO 8610
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I try to PRINT a webpage, a SAVE button appears. I have to CANCEL and click PRINT a second time to get a PRINT button. My OS is WIN10 PRO 64-BIT and my printer is an Officejet Pro 8610. I use EDGE for my browser and prefer not to change. I ran the HP Print and Scan Doctor 5.3. Didn’t fix the problem. Can you help me? Thanks.

@dartmouthman Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that when you are trying to print the document will get save option.

Do not worry. I will help you in this regard.

Are you printing from a browser? is it google chrome? If yes, go through the below steps to resolve the issue,

From the printing dialog of Chrome click the Change button and change from Save as PDF to your printer, then it should print instead of saving the file.
