Product: Tango X
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

My tango x stopped powering on after printing 20 copies or so. It's just passed it's warranty and now I have to pay to see if it's even salvageable. Thanks HP, perfect timing! /s

Just passed by how much. If you are talking a couple of day often they will be happy to help and you should contact customer support. 4 weeks past, well that is a different story.

It’s passed the warranty but I hardly used it, maybe fifteen copies before I did a big job. And the one time I print more than two copies at once, it dies. Very disappointed that the printer is only good for a year. What a waste of manufacturing and time for such short life of a product. Thanks again hp /s
