Ciao Community! Ho avuto problemi con una stampante modello Tango perchè risultava "inchiostro in esaurimento" anche se la cartuccia (originale!) era piena!!.. ho provato ogni procedura suggerita dal sito ufficiale.. ma nulla di fatto così ho dovuto fare un reso nonostante adorassi quel modello. Sono terrorizzata all'idea che, comprandone un'altra identica il problema si possa ripresentare. In quel caso mi sentirei doppiamente stupida per non avere cambiato marca (è un problema già evidenziato da molti siti). Avete qualche rassicurazione da darmi.... e incentivarmi ad acquistarne una nuova identica a quella che ho reso?! Grazie!!!

I understand your concern. The issue could be with that one printer. This is not a known issue with this model printer. Also, if you have any hardware issues with the printer or the ink cartridges while it is under warranty, it will be replaced by HP after troubleshooting.

You may go ahead and buy the Tango printer.

I'm in love with HP Tango because it's so cute.... and cool also... I bought it in November but after some copy-pages  tnere was "empy ink" and no-copy so I changed first the black one and then the coloured ones. I was sured that it was ok because they are original HP ink... but it wasn't so.  So I called support but the error was always present so they want I give it back to the shop and refound me money.

I want to buy again the same model TANGO for home.. but I'm very worry that the error-ink will be present again because I read in internet-talk that it's very possible! Do you think that I can buy another Tango or do you think that that error is so frequenty that it will be return also in the next one?

I'm not sure you are understanding my question.

Don't you think that there is a "stock" of prints with this issue? I was afraid for this...

The technical support team would be informed if there was an issue with a batch of printers. But, there is no such issue reported with this model printer.
