Product: HP Tango

I have a new Tango and it's saying the printer cartridge isn't in correctly but it won't move to the middle when I open the top to try and fix it.  How do I get it so I can take out the cartridge

I should also add that I've followed the steps about opening the top and the cartridge doesn't move
