Hi @SVR4,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're experiencing a printing issue with your HP Deskjet 2810e where text is missing on the right-hand side of the document. This could be due to several reasons.

  • Printer Settings: Check your printer settings to ensure that the paper size and orientation settings match the document you're trying to print. Sometimes, if the paper size is set incorrectly, it can cause text to be cut off.
  • Margins: Make sure that the margins in your Word document are set correctly. If the margins are too narrow, some content might get cut off during printing.
  • Driver Update: Ensure that you have the latest printer drivers installed for your HP DeskJet 2810e. Sometimes outdated drivers can cause printing issues.
  • Document Format: Check the document format. If you're printing from a PDF, try printing from the original Word document instead. Sometimes, PDFs can have formatting issues that affect printing.
  • Printer Calibration: It's possible that your printer needs calibration. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to calibrate it.
  • Print Preview: Before printing, always use the print preview option to see how the document will look when printed. This can help identify any potential formatting issues.
  • Hardware Issue: If none of the above solutions work, there might be a hardware issue with your printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
