Product: Example: HP5255
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Every time we print anything there are wide lines with nothing printing in the text. It's like a bad scan but it's not a scan. It happens when I print from my phone or laptop. Have ran every troubleshoot I can from print head cleaning, alignment. Uninstalling, etc. Nothing helps.
