I signed up for the instant ink about a month ago and had a 2-month free trial that automatically added onto my account.  In my printer box, there was a 5-month free trial but it does not have a promo code. How can I get this applied?

Hey there! @SheilaB71, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!

I understand you would like to know how to activate the 5 months free instant ink trial on your printer.

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

Please check the contents of your printer box for an enrollment code relating to your trial.

Your printer should have come with either an enrollment key or a claim code. You should be able to add any promo code during the last phase of the enrollment.

Please sign in to your instant ink account and on the first page under MY ACCOUNT there should be some green text saying that you won't be billing XXX month which should be 5 months out.

The 5 month trial is only for the 50, 100, 300 page plans so if you signed up for the 15 page plan there is no 5 month trial.

If you have enrolled the printer, and the five months trial was not applied, send me a private message with your Instant Ink account number or email address.

I can look at your account and get the trial applied.

I looked in the box that my printer came in and cannot find a promo code.  I have inserted a picture of the paper that came with my printer. We just purchased this printer along with another printer for our daughter to take to college. We had a 2-month promotion that we added but couldn't figure out a way to add the 5 month. Please adjust this for us. P. S. We really like this idea of the HP Instant Ink.

Thank you for your help.
