Product: HP ENVY 6458e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The HP Envy 6458e prints printer information but not text documents like Word, PDF, etc. Printer ends up printing blank pages. All diagnostics run say that the printer is working fine (full ink, heads cleaned and aligned too). The printer worked fine for the first couple of weeks and then this started happening. Very upset that I wasted my money on this junk. Other people are having the same issue so clearly there is a problem.
