I have always purchased OEM toner cartridge 17A  through Staples.  They work perfectly and I have never had a problem. This latest cartridge, purchased August 17, 2023, has a blemish on the roller which leaves marks along the left edge of the paper, about an inch apart.  I didn't open and begin using the cartridge until November.  I have a picture, which I can share that shows the mark on the roller.  I would like to return and/or replace this cartridge.

I see that there is an issue with the toner for your printer and may need replacement.

The support here is limited and this issue might require one-on-one interaction to fix it.
