Hi @KF6543,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
I understand that you are facing issues with the error, HP eprint email has been blocked.
- This condition occurs when a Web Services print job is blocked or when HP Instant Ink service has been cancelled and a software message has not been acknowledged.
- If both the Web Services light and the HP Instant Ink envelope blink, and the HP Instant Ink service has just been cancelled, press the Informationbutton
twice to resume printing.
- If only the Web Services light blinks, an ePrint email print job has been blocked.
- Go to Can't connect an HP printer to Web Services for more information.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

Both the web services light and the the HP Instant Ink envelope lights are blinking. I tried pressing the information button twice but nothing happens.
FYI, I had recently cancelled the instant ink program for my computer.
I can get the printer to print if I remove the color cartridge. Once I remove the cartridge the We Services light stops blinking and gets dim. I also noted that the color cartridge that I just installed does not have the same number as the original cartridge. The original cartridge number is 65 XL. The replacement cartridge that was sent to me is 65/304
What else can I do?

Hi @KF6543,
If you have canceled your Instant Ink account and trying to use Instant Ink cartridges may not work.
here's what you need to know & do:
If you have an instant ink cartridge on your printer, remove it and discard that, you can only use regular cartridges on your printer once you cancel the program.
That said, if you have trouble using regular cartridges, I recommend you turn off the web service using the steps from this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04808536
when done successfully, check if it works fine.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution button, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
