I signed up for instant ink a couple months ago and just opened the box to install the color cartridge because it was low. The black was half full so I didn't need to install it. I installed the color and printed a test page. It was a little off so I ran the cleaning process 3 times on my own then went to the virtual agent to get help. I was told to do the same thing. Nothing helped so she told me to come here. I have printed more pages since then but every time I print a page it gets lighter and worse. If I keep printing out pages then I won't have hardly nothing on the paper. It started out when it was just printing half the words (like it will only print one half of the words then it would skip some words. I don't know what else to do. This just started today. My warranty ran out last month. Can someone help me?

Have you checked you HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
