Good evening.
I own an HP 5075 printer and for a few days, all the pictures are printed with longitudinal stripes very often visible. It's about the color cartridge, the black cartridge has no problems because I removed it and only printed with the color one. The straps are not discolored, the cartridge is loaded several times but correctly, it has been refilled, used daily correctly, air has not caught inside. What could it be, is it possible that the cartridge was damaged?Look carefully the stripes are from top to bottom

@Adryann78, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Are you using refilled ink cartridges?
The use of refilled or Non-HP ink cartridges is not recommended as they might damage the printing mechanism causing print quality issues.
Have you tried printing different types of documents like PDF, Word or Webpages and check if the issue persists?
For now, let us try these steps that may help:
Clean the ink cartridges (You may remove the black ink cartridge)
On the printer control panel, swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup
.
Touch Tools, and then touch Clean Cartridges.
If the print quality is unacceptable, touch Yes when prompted to perform the next level of cleaning.
NOTE: If the printhead is badly clogged, it might require another cleaning cycle. If so, wait 30 minutes before you perform both levels of cleaning again.
Also, perform step 13 mentioned in this document.
Print a Print Quality Diagnostic report
On the printer control panel, swipe left on the display, and then touch Setup
.
Touch Tools.
Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.
Let me know how this goes.

@Adryann78, thank you for the response. TO assist you better, I need additional information.
- Do the stripes appear when you print PDF or Word documents?
- Did you see the stripes on the print quality diagnostics page?
-
Try making a standalone copy in color and check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.
Keep me posted for further assistance.

The problem is the cartridge unfortunately!
I'm sure you know the answer, but you skipped it because everything is a marketing thing in the sense that these cartridges are built in such a way that after refilling they cannot be used to buy new ones! The printer is set to lock the cartridge after a certain number of prints!
Do you think someone is too interested in the warranty of the printer when two rows of cartridges more than the value of this printer? Basically I buy this printer every month so don't use the pretext of the warranty on a $ 60 printer. Finally, I took another three color cartridges, because they empty very quickly and one more black. In these conditions it goes smoothly. It's my fault because I already own an HP, I said I would buy an HP while I could be more careful and buy a CISS printer from another company.
If you want to help me please tell me where to download HP Photosmart Premier for Windows 7 because HP Creation does not have a 'custome size photo' in the menu and more, it is full of errors so not a can open

HP does not recommend the use of a refilled ink cartridge.
HP Photosmart Essential/Premier was a digital photo organizing, editing, sharing, printing software solution made some time ago. It has since been discontinued and in its place, there is HP Photo Creations.
Keep me posted for any other assistance.
