HP Photosmart Premium C309a
Black pentagon symbol 564XL cartridge.
Just installed new one. I've had this problem in the past every time I change print cartridges. I've been able to clear it by turning machine on and off and removing and replacing print cartridges one by one. Not for the past week that I've tried this old solution. I need help. Thanks.
