The ink cartridge keeps asking to be reset. It is an new cartridge per instruction to change it.
I have to open the door, reset cartridge between each print job. There has to be a solution, right?

Hi Sandy, I had already found a post with those recommendations. Unfortunately, after doing them, I still have the error message. Here it is:
" Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed. If this message continues, replace the ink cartridge. "
I did replace the cartridge too. Also this is HP ink from the instant ink program.
Other options to get out of the loop of resetting the cartridge?
