My printer is HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M283cdw. I purchased in June 2021 in Costco, California, US. The printer's control panel display is blank, starting last week. I tried to power off and on, a few time, and un-plug and plug the power cable a few times. I can hear the printer was making sound when power on. But the display is blank, and it is offline from computer. 

I also tried to connect through USB cable, but the printer still showed offline. Per suggestion from one post, I open and close front door four times and the printer printed one page with color lines. It looks like the mechnaical parts are working fine, but electronics parts failed. Please help me how I can fix it, or if some HP technical support can help me to fix it.

If the screen is blank and you get no usb acknowledgement when you plug in a printer cable then likely the formatter is bad. A blank screen that still allows for printing would be a failed screen or screen cable.

Thank you for advice. I think your diagnostics makes sense. However, how can I repair this problem, or where I can get help to repair?

Do you know how to perform a NAND reset? Thanks.
