Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

ENVY 7640 cannot connect to Web Services ...says server might be busy or temporarily unavailable. Try again later. LOL

 

I have been 'fixing' this for 3 days...please help! Printer is on the network and this happened all of a sudden one day I couldn't scan to my email.  I have followed the HP - Cannot connect to Web Services  guide (9 steps) and I can get thru step 4

The printer is connected to the internet and has the most recent updates, using MAC OS Monterey 12.2

Appreciate any help.  THanks!
