Office Jet Pro 7720

I purchased the HP Office Jet Pro 7720 today.  I set it up and go to do a test print.  At this point I get the error message "the printhead appears to be missing, not detected or incorrectly installed".  I have done the suggested fixes, of unplugging etc.  But to no avail and I am at a loss as to what to do now.  Its brand new so I am a tad confused.  Any ideas?

If you've tried all the steps from here: https://support.hp.com/in-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-7720-wide-format-all-in-one-printer-series/768..., I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team for a replacement or the place of purchase for an exchange.
