I purchased the HP Office Jet Pro 7720 today. I set it up and go to do a test print. At this point I get the error message "the printhead appears to be missing, not detected or incorrectly installed". I have done the suggested fixes, of unplugging etc. But to no avail and I am at a loss as to what to do now. Its brand new so I am a tad confused. Any ideas?
