Hello,
If the problem persists following the steps suggested by @GOLD_MASTER, you may need some manual cleaning of the printheads of your printer.
To do so, you can follow the instructions of the following HP video: https://youtu.be/iTPASKLUzPc.
I propose this solution, because I see that you receive an error related to the inking system.
Don't hesitate to contact us in case of need.
Best regards,

@51KID Update the printer firmware:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software13/printers/ojp8600n911_2011A/OJP8600_N911g-n_2011A.exe
Eliminate the error by resetting the printer without the ink cartridges.
Open the door or access cover to the cartridges.
If the cart moves to the center of the printer, continue with these steps.
If the cart does not move toward the center of the printer, close the door or access cover. Disconnect the power cord from the printer and power supply, wait 60 seconds, and then reconnect the power cord to the printer and a wall outlet. Turn on the printer, and then continue with these steps.
Remove the cartridges.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the printer's power cord.
Disconnect the power cord from the power supply.
Wait 60 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet and printer.
NOTE: HP recommends that you plug the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Turn on the printer.
Reinsert the cartridges, and then close the door or access cover to the cartridges.
Follow the steps to align the printer if prompted.

Hello and thanks for your return,
In order to resolve this issue, please reset the printer as follows:

- Click once on the location of the back arrow (the arrow is inactive).
- Double-click on the location of the home (the home is inactive).
- A hidden menu will appear, click Service menu.
- Scroll down to Reset Menu, and validate with OK.
- Scroll down to Semi-Full reset, and validate with OK.
- The printer will shut down, please restart it.
- Please reconfigure the printer.
If the issue remains:
Unfortunately, this confirms a hardware problem with the printer.
I am very sorry for this bad experience.
I don't know if you already know this but you can Contact HP and ask for a solution for your problem.
Don't hesitate to contact us in case of need.
Best regards,
