I refilled the printer cartridges. The HP Smart app asked if the cartridges were original, and I selected 'yes'. Now the printer cartridges are not working. The ink level of the cartridges appears empty.

@fatihmra, Welcome to HP Support Community,
Ugh, I get it—printers can be so frustrating! 😤 Especially when you're just trying to print, and it keeps throwing these annoying messages at you. But before you go full office-space on it, let's see if we can fix this.
Restart the Printer
- Turn off the printer. Unplug the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
- Wait for at least 60 seconds. Plug the power cord back in and turn on the printer.
Run HP Print and Scan Doctor:
- Download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool. Follow the prompts to diagnose and fix common printing issues.
Update Printer Firmware
- Go to the HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads page. Enter your printer model number and search for the latest firmware update. Follow the instructions to download and install the firmware update.
Refer these guides before performing the next step:

Factory defaults
If the issue persists, you can reset the printer to factory defaults, but keep in mind that you'll need to set it up again from scratch.
For steps on resetting your printer to factory defaults, please refer to this guide:Restore factory defaults on your HP printer | HP® Support
I hope these steps help resolve the issue
