This has turned into harrassment as they were clearly not able to resolve the issue and as I continue attempt to end the thread they keep on with pettiness I have reported this to the Better Businees Bureau and I have had my attorney to send a notice to HP's headquarters. I am not sure if this is a result of having these issues sent to India and there is a lack of comprehension as to knowing when a conversationn has ended but if it continues I will additionally ocntact my local police department.
