Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

Try these steps -

 

Touch Setup Menu > Preferences > Date and time > Set the time.

Option#6 in the below picture is "Setup. "

I figured out the soluation on my own.  To access the Setup Menu, swipe/scroll from right to left on the touch screen.  Then one can follow the steps provided by Asmita6658.
