Toner powder come out from toner

We are facing big trouble in our printer. Black powder fall down from toner and printed paper one side fully black colour thick line. So we are not use the printer right now. Once we remove the toner black powder come out from toner.

Your first instinct when you encounter a leaky toner cartridge will be to grab a vacuum and suck that toner leak up. 😂
