Hi,
My paper seems to catch on a couple of pegs at the rear left of the printer and tearing it. It also causes it to pull on one side so it feeds unevenly.
I've held the torn page up to the printer and it matches up to these pegs perfectly.
The pegs flick up and move freely and don't seem to be out of place.
I have tried different paper types and making sure it feeds as best as possible.
What do these 2 pegs do? As there not on the right side of the printer.
Edit
I've now found out these pegs detect paper jams.
I've noticed the damage is worst with heavier paper, but the paper I'm using are still within the printer specs.
It's as if the paper is moving so fast and the pegs can't move in time.
I've attached some photos.
Thanks
