I was looking for help with the tray 2 not closing correctly.  I also had issues with it seemingly not lifting the paper to the ready position.  I found an post on this forum that suggested that I look to see if there was any thing broken on tray 2.  Also to look inside the space where tray 2 sides into the machine to see if there was anything broken. What I found was a piece of paper behind the tray 2 blocking the function of the lifting mechanism.  Once removed, the tray closed correctly, and seems to be working. Not totally sure how the paper got in the back of the tray.
