My printer keeps saying I have an error with my Tri-color ink cartridge. I contacted HP support via chat last week, followed instructions and it worked. But when I tried to print today, the same thing keeps happening. I cannot unplug, take out cartridge, clean ports, put back in and turn on every single time. Can I get a replacement cartridge as I am enrolled in instant ink?
