From the beginning my printing command is good, unfortunately just an hour ago after my few attempts of unplugging cables, restarting my pc, emptying the scheduled print docs at the printer queue, and checking the Command prompt but then nothing had happened. It would only print a test page. What would I do?

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
  • What operating system is running on your PC?
  • What is the current version of OS running on your PC?
