My printer is now printing in triplicate. Recently I did a remote rescue when the printer was printing duplicate. Now printing triplicate. Any suggestions?

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer printing in triplicate, this could indicate an issue with the printer driver or settings. Here are some steps to resolve this:
1. Check Print Settings
- Windows:
- Open the document or file you want to print.
- Press Ctrl + P to open the Print dialog.
- Click on Printer Properties or Preferences.
- Ensure that the Copies setting is set to 1.
- Mac:
- Open the document.
- Click File > Print.
- In the Print dialog, check that the Copies field is set to 1.
2. Update Printer Drivers Software and Drivers for HP ENVY 6055e All-in-One Printer
- Go to the HP Support website.
- Search for your printer model (HP ENVY 6055e).
- Download and install the latest drivers and software for your printer.
- Restart your computer after installation.
3. Reset the Printer
- Turn off the printer.
- Unplug it from the power source for at least 60 seconds.
- Plug it back in and turn it on.
- Retry printing.
4. Uninstall and Reinstall the Printer
- Windows:
- Open Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
- Right-click on your printer and select Remove device.
- Reinstall the printer using the latest HP drivers.
- Mac:
- Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Select your printer and click the minus (-) button to remove it.
- Re-add the printer and check the settings.
5. Test Another Application
- Print a document from a different app to check if the problem persists.

6. Update Firmware Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Open the HP Smart App.
- Navigate to your printer and check for firmware updates.
- Install any available updates and reboot the printer.
If none of these steps resolve the issue, it may be necessary to perform a factory reset on your printer.
