Product: ENVY 4500

When I change sizes on page layout and on the print dialogue boxes, the legal size (8.5 x 14) is not available, so i create it with a custom size but it then prints only as letter size.

Hi,

 

 

Creating a custom size paper is just a workaround it may or may not work.

but if you have created a custom size make sure that you select that custom size in paper size in the drivers.

if it work fine, if it doesnt work even after selecting the custom size created then its not possible.
