Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi, 

 

I am trying to print business cards but my Pro 6978 jams about a few seconds after it starts printing. I have been trying to use White Cardstock Paper 8.5 x 11 - 110 lb/300 g/m2. Do I need a thinner cardstock? If so, what kind will work with my printer?
