I try to renew support but it gives me an error after I enter everything correctly. So I try to call support at [Personal Information Removed] but I can't get past the virtual assistant. Help

Hi @VividSam,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand how frustrating it can be when you're trying to renew support for your printer and encounter technical difficulties, especially when it's hard to get through to customer service. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:
Double-Check Your Information: Sometimes, the error could be due to a minor mistake in the information you entered. Verify all details such as model number, serial number, and personal information to ensure everything is correct.
Use a Different Browser or Incognito Mode: Sometimes, browser extensions or cookies can interfere with the renewal process. Try using a different browser or an incognito/private window to see if that resolves the issue.
Clear Browser Cache and Cookies: Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can sometimes resolve unexpected errors. This can often refresh your session and eliminate data that might be causing the issue.
Try a Different Payment Method: If the error occurs during the payment process, try using a different card or payment method. Sometimes, the issue might be with the payment gateway.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
