HP ENVY Photo 6200 series
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I used A4 double sided 250g  paper: https://discountoffice.nl/p/mrink112-mediar-fotopapier-a4-weiss/

This paper has problems on my HP ENVY Photo 6200. Especially if the 2nd side is printed.

1. I first print one side. 80% prints printed correctly.

2. Turn paper

3. Print the other side. 20% is printed correctly.

Besides: Double sided printing option is definitely not possible with this paper. It cannot turn it.

The paper seems to 'sticky' to me for my printer and  looks like having problems in paper transportation.

What can i do? Is there suitable double sided 250g paper that i can use?

@liesem

Hello,

Your printer supports A4 printing with the weight of 75 to 90 g/m² maximum.

Therefore, I recommend that you use lighter weight A4  paper, to avoid paper jams or paper feed problems and premature wear of the print rollers etc.

Do not hesitate to contact us in case of need.

@liesem

Thanks for your return,

To avoid paper jams, do not print on both sides of transparencies, envelopes, photo paper, or glossy paper. Do not print on paper lighter than 60 g/m² (16 lb) and paper heavier than 105 g/m² (28 lb).

Do not hesitate to contact us in case of need.

I bought this printer to print cards on heavy paper. It seems that HP modifies specifications depending on the problems user run into. Besides on HP double sided C6818A A4 180g/m2 https://www.office-deals.nl/p/inkjetpapier-c6818a-glans-brochure-flyer-50vel does a proper job.

I do not print with the printer double sided option.

I print one side, turn the paper an print the other side.

But HP answers are clear see what you can do with HP products.
