I am trying to print mailing addresses to envelopes using a windows computer and HP ENVY 4520 printer. When I connect the printer to the computer with a USB and try to print I receive two error message. 

 

1. Word can't print due to a problem with the printer setup.

 

2. Word could not finish merging these documents or inserting this database. 

 

The printer indicates that "Delete: 1 document waiting" but even when i restart the printer or delete and re-add, this message does not go away. I used this printer to print envelopes using the same procedure and document a couple of months ago and it worked great. I am confused on why I am getting these error messages now. 

 

I am unable to print normal letter paper document either. It appears the issue has something to do with the usb connection that typically has no issue. 

 

I would print using bluetooth, but the envelope quality turns out illegible. Please help
