I frequently use the 'Scan to USB' feature, but the printer won't recognise any USB device that is formatted as FAT32 on my Ubuntu 20.04 LTS laptops (message "USB device uses an unsupported file system. Reformat the drive using a FAT file system.")

The USB drive IS recognised on Windows systems.

Any suggestions?
