HP Recommended

Using HP Envy 6055e.  Using iPhone, I-Pad, wife's I-pad.  The printer will not print the body of any email message sent to it. It prints any surrounding text but not the body.  Not only with wifi, but even connected with cable. The printer prints copies, documents, scans, and photos just fine.  The ink is not out of date. 

I have powered off by unplugging, cleaned the cartridges, and re started, but still will not print.

Any help would be appreciated.
