HP LaserJet M110w Printer
macOS 12.0 Monterey

I have had the printer for a few months but has recently started to get the following error on the printer. Error says Check Your HP Smart Account, unable to print until resolved. When I go on to both the website and the HP Smart mobile app there are no details about what the problem is.

I have tried to reset the printer 4 times by holding down the WiFi button which is the factory reset I believe. I have looked at the Instant Ink page (although I have never subscribed and don't intend to) to see if this is related to the account issue but that page does not even work. It says "Unable to register the printer to your account"

The toner was repalced with genuine HP around 3 weeks ago it still has 90% remaining and was working until recently. The connection is via WiFi. Please advise what I can do or if there are any workarounds as I don't care about the internet related features with the HP Smart account.
