Unable to access Laserjet M28w

Hello Support,

Can you please help me and send me instructions to do a factory reset of hp laserjet pro mfp m28w. I have switched router and can´t access the printer over wireless anymore. I have also forget the admin/password to the web interface which is unavailable.

My HP LaserJet m28w ia not booted up.  The power LED is blinking, the LCD show "HP", and the printer is not responding from wifi nor USB.  Please send me the instructions to hard reaet.

Hi Betty,

I have the same issue of not being able to access it.  I think I accidentally reset everything and it's now not showing up on my smart app anymore.  When I try to set it up as a new printer, it's asking for the factory-set default password which I can't find for the life of me because I bought this printer a year ago.
