I have cancelled i at ink, and replaces both cartridges- EO error still hasn’t cleared. I have switched power off and tried- this hasn’t helped

I understand that you are getting an E0 error on the printer, I am glad to assist you.

An E0 error indicates an unusable cartridge.

  • This occurs when one or both ink cartridges need attention. Reseat both cartridges, clean the ink cartridge contacts, restart the printer, and replace one or both ink cartridges if necessary.
