Hey there! @DEEZEDSKY, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!

I understand you are getting unable to create folder to extract web pack error on your PC.

Don't worry I'll try to help you out.

Did you make any changes to your printer?

Are you able to make a copy from your printer?

Are you able to print using a wired connection?

Excellent description and a great diagnosis done. It is greatly appreciated.

First, unplug the USB cable from the printer if present.
Go to Control Panel – Programs and feature – Select all the HP Deskjet printer entries and uninstall them.
Now go to Control Panel – Devices and Printer – Select all the printer entries and remove the device.
Press the "windows key" + "r" to get the "Run" window open - Type "printui.exe /s" (There is a space between .exe & /) and press enter.
Under print server properties, go to drivers - remove any entry there as well.
Again, go to the Run window, type – “c:/programdata” – Go to Hewlett Packard folder, remove any printer related folders & files.
Restart your computer.
Download the printer driver using this link. Click Here
Connect the USB cable if prompted and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.

Try to disable the User Account Control (UAC) and then try to install the machine. Here are the steps:

Type UAC in the search field on your taskbar. (If the search field isn't visible, right-click the Start button and choose Search.)
Click Change User Account Control settings in the search results.
Then do one of the following:
To turn UAC off, drag the slider down to Never notify and click OK.
To turn UAC on, drag the slider up to the desired level of security and click OK.
You may be prompted to confirm your selection or enter an administrator password.
Reboot your computer for the change to take effect.

Once the UAC is disabled restart the PC and then install the machine. You can turn on the UAC once done.

If you still have issues try installing windows built-in drivers.

Refer this article to know more information about using Windows built-in drivers. Click Here

Lastly, try creating a new user account on your PC and install the printer software.

Let me know if this helps!

Have a great day ahead! 🙂
