Let me take a moment to thank you for posting on the HP Support Forums.
I understand that you HP Deskjet F2400 All-in-One printer and unable to download and install the drivers due to the HP bing bar. I'll be glad to assist you with this case.
You may uninstall the bing bar from your computer. Please refer to the steps to uninstall from this HP document.
Then you may download and install the drivers for your HP printer via this link: www.123.hp.com
NOTE: If you're going to connect the printer via USB, then do not connect it initially. Begin the installation first and later there will be a prompt to connect the printer. That's when you may connect the printer.
