Hi @KijaNoah,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Reset WiFi Setup Mode

For Printers with a Control Panel (non-touchscreen):

  • Turn on the printer.
  • Press and hold the Wireless button (or Wireless icon) and the Cancel button together for five seconds.
  • Wait for the lights to blink after releasing the buttons. This indicates that the printer is now in WiFi setup mode.

Ensure Network Compatibility

  • Ensure your mobile device or computer is connected to the same wireless network you intend to connect your printer to.
  • Avoid having the device connected to a VPN during setup.

Use HP Smart App

  • Download and install the HP Smart app on your mobile device or computer from HP's official website or Google Play Store depending on your operating system.
  • Open the HP Smart app and click on the “Plus” sign to add a new printer.

Check for Printer Updates

  • Ensure your printer firmware is up-to-date. You can check for updates using the HP Smart app once the printer connects to a network.

Troubleshooting Multiple Indicator Lights

  • Refer to the printer's manual for specific light patterns.
  • Check for error messages on the printer display or in the HP Smart app.
  • Ensure that all cartridges are properly installed and that there is no paper jam.

Restart the Printer and Router

  • Turn off the printer and the router.
  • Wait for 10-15 seconds and turn on the router.
  • Once the router is completely back on, turn on the printer.

I hope this helps.
