The printer itself is fine and I'm able to print from my smartphone, scan a document, use the HP printer apps.
But since upgrading to Windows 11 and then deciding to go back to Windows 10, I can't print from my HP Pavilion laptop. I receive various error messages depending upon the application used (Edge, Word, image viewing, etc). For example; "Word can't print due to a problem with the printer setup".
I don't think I'm alone in having this issue. but I'm struggling to find a resolution.
Thanks!

Hello,
Uninstall all software related to your printer (except HP Smart) as follows:

- Type appwiz.cpl, then OK. The Programs and Features window opens.
- Click the right mouse button on HP DeskJet 3630 series Basic Software, then Uninstall and Yes.
Note: If the software uninstall process does not start or an error displays while uninstalling, download Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed from the Microsoft website, and then try uninstalling again.
