I'm unable to print a label in color, that created in Canva, from my MacBook Air. It will only print in black and white, even though the color cartridge is brand new. My printer is a 2652 deskjet.

Hi @Kaligirl2

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the "Color Not Printing" issue.

To better assist you -

1) Does the color copy works?

2) What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or devices? If you are able to print in color from other apps, it could be an issue with the Canva application.

While you respond to that, let's print a Print Quality Diagnostic page -

  1. Load plain paper into the input tray.

  2. Click the Apple menu, and then click System Preferences.

  3. Depending on your operating system, click Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners.

  4. In the Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners window, select your printer, and then click Options & Supplies.

  5. Click Utility, and then click Open Printer Utility.

    HP Utility opens.

  6. Click Print Quality Diagnostics, and then click Print.

Post the Print Quality Diagnostic page here so we can help you further.
