Product: HP Envy 5546
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

I have an Envy 5546 printer that will no longer print photos.  It has worked perfectly any other time but now keeps saying "Out of Paper" despite there being photo paper loaded correctly.

 

I have followed suggestions from the official help pages and chatbot, and even looked at a few forums but it still does not work.

 

 

I have an HP laptop and photos will just not print from this or my Google pixel 3a phone.

 

All drivers settings, etc., are all up to date and correct and this is really, really frustrating.  Any suggestions are most welcome.

If you have already performed the steps from the document 'Out of Paper' Displays and Printer Does Not Pick Paper and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
