When I attempt to refill the Neverstop 1001mw using an HP refill 143A, the yellow light flashes and it won't turn 180 degrees.
I've tried powering-down the device, and also updating the firmware, to no avail.
Any ideas please?

How many previous refills you have done on that printer? What is drum level?
The refills are limited, if the drum life is near the end of its life you can't refill it because it's locked.

Thanks for responding.
I can't remember exactly but probably 5 or 6 refills in total. The printer can't be much more than a year old.
I haven't come across the term drum level before, so I'm not sure how to check that.
