Hi @Sonicman099,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

I understand your HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 is not printing from your HP Pavilion laptop and shows an “Unexpected Configuration Error 0x80070570.” Let’s go through a few steps to check what could be causing this.

Restart the printer and laptop
Turn off the printer and shut down the laptop completely.
Power the printer back on first, then start the laptop and try printing again.

Check the printer status in Windows
Go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners, select your HP OfficeJet Pro 9010.
Make sure it is set as Default and not marked as Offline.

Remove and re-add the printer
In Printers & scanners, select the printer and choose Remove device.
Restart the laptop, then add the printer again using Add device.

Run HP Print and Scan Doctor
Download and run HP Print and Scan Doctor and let it automatically detect and fix configuration errors.
This tool commonly resolves error 0x80070570 caused by driver or port issues.

Check the printer port
Open Printer properties > Ports and confirm the printer is using the correct WSD or Standard TCP/IP port.
Incorrect or duplicated ports can trigger configuration errors.

Update or reinstall the printer driver
Uninstall HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 software from Apps > Installed apps.
Restart the laptop and reinstall the latest driver using the HP Smart app.

Verify Windows system files
Make sure Windows is fully updated under Settings > Windows Update.
Configuration error 0x80070570 can occur if system files or updates are incomplete.

Test printing from another application
Try printing a test page or a simple document from Notepad.
If that works, the issue may be app-specific rather than printer-related.

I hope this helps.
