Unknown Error Code on HP DeskJet 3721

Error message appeared on printer that I can't find on any of the online guides. The power light constantly blinks in addition to the other lights pictured:

Have turned it off and on again several times. Printer simply stays idle while turned on with all those lights blinking. Cartridges don't move when door is opened.

I see that the printer is in an error state, follow the steps below-

Reset the printer

Turn off the printer, wait, and then turn it on again.

1. Turn off the printer.

2. Wait at least 60 seconds.

3. Turn on the printer.

4. Check the lights on the control panel to make sure they are no longer blinking.

5. Attempt to scan or copy the item again.

If the issue persists, it could be a hardware issue. Refer to the document Blinking Lights for details.
