Product: HP DeskJet 3636 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I see a mystery icon flashing on my control panel display.  Can anyone tell me what it means if I describe it?  It is an envelope with a drop overlapping on the top right-hand corner of the "envelope". 

Also the printer won't print colour documents in colour even though the test pages come out in colour. 

Does the mystery icon have anything to do with that?
