Product: HP ENVY Laptop - 17-cg0002na
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My HP 7210 Office jet has worked well for years but has suddenly decided to play up. I tried to print a couple pdfs which totalled 7 MB. The printer indicated it was printing but just sat doing nothing. I noticed the print window showed the pdfs totalled over 60MB! I cancelled the printing, tried to print just one this time. Same problem - 3.2MB was showing as 32MB and although indicated as printing, it wasn't. I switched off, pulled out the power cord and now the date is showing 00 Jan 00 00:00 and the priter status is showing Paused. All my attempts to find out how to unpause it have failed. Can someone help me re-instate this excellent printer?
Thanks
