Unsure if it's an error code because it doesn't say error, just acts like it

When I try to print from my phone through the HP smart app, I get flashing lights, a blue screen with the power button icon and this alpha-numeric code underneath: B86E4646

Error Code 79 Turn Off On HP254dw - HP Support Community - 8029223

Last week and then another today I had 4 of my HP printers doing this same thing. Either the blue screen you're talking about, all lights flashing, or the Error Code 79. Nothing helps unless you unplug the network cable and disable the wireless. Then you can hook it up with a USB cable to the computer. That's all that worked for me. I can't find any help with what HP has pushed out to these printers that are breaking them. I even upgraded to the newest firmware.
